A great little personal film from a former missionary. Leaps and bounds more emotional and compelling than anything Interpreter has produced on video.
When Mormons wonder why they’re losing the battle… every little deeply personal story like this inches progress forward. The LDS propaganda machine can’t begin to compete.

Re: The Dark Side of His Mormon Mission
Folks, this is a very well-done video. It's worth watching from the beginning, but the first part talks about his family and gives non-Mormons background about what's expected of members, so if you want to jump straight into the dark side of his Mormon Mission, like the title says, skip ahead to 10:47.

Excellent video. This never-Mo often underappreciates the insidious pressure placed by the church on its young members.Dr. Shades wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2026 9:24 amFolks, this is a very well-done video. The more Influential pressure is from family and community. Especially on boys.Bret Ripley wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2026 6:44 pmExcellent video.
