During General Conference a Solemn Assembly was held to vote in the new Church President, Dallin H. Oaks. You can read the full proceedings here. The way it works is that specific names groups are called to stand and asked to sustain the new President. The groups that were called, in turn, to stand and vote (in the order they were called on) are as follows:
Members of the First Presidency
Members of the Quorum of 12 Apostles
General Authority Seventies
Area Seventies
Members of the Presiding Bishopric
Ordained patriarchs, high priests, and elders
Members of the Relief Society
Aaronic Priesthood holders only—that is, ordained priests, teachers, and deacons
Young women who are ages 11 to 18
And then…
The entire membership of the Church, wherever you are located, including all who have stood previously, to please stand.

The Presidencies of the Relief Society and Primary organisations are just members of the Relief Society when it comes to the solemn assembly. The way it was conducted lays out the hierarchy as the Church itself sees it - Men first. The final group called to stand - the entire membership of the Church, renders the previous categorizations as unnecessary, other than to imprint in members mind the male dominated hierarchy.

It’s a great reminder to women that despite their leadership titles, they’re still ranked behind every 12 year old teenage boy with the priesthood.
