Bill Reel's misappropriation was of "mormondiscussions". He knew what he was doing. He knew it was being used.
But you are an apologist because you have to defend so many questionable aspects of Mormonism in order to maintain a testimony. You are an apologist for yourself.
It doesn't bother me what Reel did by using the name and I've been a member (RLI) of Mormon Discussions since the first day, if I recall, maybe the second, ever since Shades first started the board.
I wonder how many people it bothers? I've not paid much attention to that complaint. I know it's been raised before. But who cares? It's Mormonism that is being discussed and that's all that really matters. You have a chip on your shoulder, don't you?
Well, look at this way, HE MADE YOU LAUGH! That's got to count for something. That's entertainment and you got something out of it. You get cutting-edge anti-Mormon perspective that will keep you thinking and help you oil and tune your own apologetic robotic Mormon machine.
Reel is a friend to this board. He has many postings and contributions. Yes, he does carry the Mormon name in his title as do many other Mormon clubs and institutions that have something to do with Mormonism. This board however, is .com and Reel is .org so they clearly have different handles or, shall we say, Internet nationalities.

The new board features are better, especially now that we can post large photos without the previous size restrictions which often made it difficult to select the right photo to make a particular point. A picture tells a thousands words; Ludwigm will vouch for that but he doesn't seem to care so much anymore.
This board is an obscure little place on the Internet, as DCP will attest, nonetheless it has a history and a collective of minds that are capable of stirring quite a pot. A lot of water has gone under the Mormon Discussions board. A lot more water is yet to flow as the Church is exposed for the harlot and lying whore it is.
I see Mormon Discussions becoming a great thorn in the side of the Church as it puts out his eyses and makes the bitch crawl. And the thorn is in DCP's side too. And it hurts.
