Hi Themis, I take it as an insult that you would think I’m not aware of what naturally occurs in the animal kingdom. What does that have to do with what I’ve said?Themis wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 8:10 pmThat would be very inaccurate. It's a natural behavior found in many species around the world, including humans. It hasn't impacted reproduction or the continuation of any species. At worst it is neutral, which is why we see it persist in thousands of different species. Try to learn some facts before forming ignorant opinions.mentalgymnast wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 6:10 pmAs I’ve mentioned previously, in this instance I think we are looking at something different. Intimate homosexual behavior/practice strikes at the very core of human reproduction and the continuation of the human race, and thus the family of God. It strikes at the very core of family relationships that encourage the bearing and nurturing children through the instrumentality of a mother and a father.
If I accused you of the same would you not be insulted?
by the way, are you equating the behavior of other animals in the animal kingdom with humans? Straight across? No difference? Like we should just act like animals do in all instances?
Some here have mentioned that the human species would still reproduce and multiply. Well, that is true. No argument there. But that’s not my argument.
The church teaches that God’s house is a house of order. The question is, who ought to be in charge of how the house is arranged? You folks are saying it ought to be man. The church’s position is that it’s God.
Obviously non believers are going to have a problem with that.
