Wow, Ajax. I don't think you have much standing to talk, given you flat out admitted to me you'd take a Trump coup based on election lies you don't personally believe, just to get him as an autocrat who will force the issue and make laws that you like. Not only are you willing to disobey the law, but overthrow the entire government. I really do hope one day you put your money where your mouth is and take up the fight you've only ever whined about.
If the GOP had really shot themselves in the foot by rejecting candidates who were unwilling to enforce the border, Trump would never have won in 2016.
Yeah...I don't think you read my post. As my post stated, the "enforcement" of the border was a unifying message to angry people everywhere that helped get him elected. I totally acknowledge what you're saying here.
Do you think Reagen would have granted amnesty in exchange for border enforcement if he knew that border enforcement was never going to happen?
Given the stance on immigration that both Clinton and Obama held, do you think Biden would "grant amnesty in exchange for border enforcement" if Trump hadn't made screwing immigrants with prejudice the platform of his presidency?

Things aren't happening in a vacuum, Ajax.
We can't take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don't have maybe what they're supposed to have. They get rid of some of the people who have been there for 25 years and they work great and then you throw them out and they're replaced by criminals.

Illegal immigrants are not the same as immigrants and should not be referred to as such in an effort to tacitly claim anyone who thinks the border should be enforced or that American citizens have any right to place a limit on immigration through democratic law is anti immigrant. The politically correct term undocumented immigrant was not enforced by big tech censorship at the time. Back then we were allowed to call illegal immigrants, illegal immigrants, which is what Bill Clinton called them. It just amazes me that he did so without being labeled a white supremacist.
And when the Confederates saw Jackson standing fearless like a stonewall, the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Oh, but that's not true. Trump's war has been against legal immigration as well, and give him a second and a third term, it could be quite frightening for legal immigrants also.

by the way, Ajax, illegal immigrants are far less of a threat to your paycheck than legal ones. The same goes for me, also.
