Just click on "Join Chat." You'll automatically be bumped into the Celestial Chat Room. However, you'll see a list of the other rooms on the right--the Terrestrial Room and the Telestial Room. Click on one of those to see if there are other people in those areas.
You can even click a button to create your own room if you wish, naming it whatever you want. You can choose to make it available to anyone, restricted to only certain posters, etc.
