Yes, there always have been white slaves, and reparations for them would engulf the whole of the western world in a vast lawsuit spanning centuries and covering virtually every Caucasian, and some non-Caucasion ethnic group in the Old World (and would also involve the Jews suing the Egyptians).

Indeed there are still numerous white slaves today, and most of them are woman and they can actually be seen on the Internet or live on stage in places like Amsterdam and Copenhagen. You know, those wonderful, liberated, progressive places without all of our puritanical hang ups.
