As it turns out, ab man was totally correct in being skeptical of the Chandler quote. There is nothing online today regarding the statement on any reputable news website. Nothing. I'm assuming now that this was a scam. It didn't make sense that Chandler would publicly admit lying, wishful thinking on my part!
