Yes, I am home today,as the power has been shut down on the CBD so we cannot do any work. No sure when I will be able to go back to work. There are some rather sad stories and some heros in the events in the past few days. I work in education and there were a number of school buildings destroyed. School starts on 3 weeks so there will be some delays for students. My birthplace was Toowoomba, the scene of that tsuimi like flood. The water from that flood left and fell on the towns below where Toowoomba sits. You see boats, houses, trees floating down the Brisbane river.

We here in NSW have been following updates regularly, Noel. In five minutes I'll be on the phone to a friend in QLD.
