I've just finished Hitch-22, Christopher Hitchens' memoir, for the 2nd time. For years I've listened to almost anything I could find by Hitchens on youtube and google videos, all the debates, the speeches, the appearances, etc. I don't agree with everything he says, and I don't look at him as a model human being. But I do really, really like Christopher Hitchens. And for far more reasons than just that he doesn't believe in God.
He just cancelled two appearances in March, 2011 due to his health. He's fighting esophogeal cancer. I am taking this news quite hard. I will be very depressed on the day he dies.
As far as his books, I've only got "God is Not Great" and "Hitch-22" so far. I want to start collecting all of his books and reading them.

Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen
