The Obama administration has argued, among other things, that the president can authorize the assassination of a US citizen with no due process or judicial review at any time if it deems it a matter of security. It has argued that it can detain that the executive branch is immune from any investigation from the other branches of government on any of its actions if it asserts state secrets classification. It has argued that the president has the right to preemptively and indefinitely detain anyone for "terrorist" crimes they might commit in the future without having to establish a burden of proof in a US court.
This isn't FEMA trailer hysteria. This actually has happened. And yet the Nazi comparisons don't get made to this, (because the Republican establishment actually supports it) but rather to a mundane matter of the federal government suing a state government when it thinks it usurped its jurisdiction. Your priorities are so messed up that it's sign they're probably never going to get fixed. There is genuine creeping fascism going on in the political system that you don't need to be a conspiracy nutball to point out and you yet glance over it for wackadoodle town. And, at the end of the day, that's probably because you support all the things your crude analogies and labels are meant to vilify.
Obama suing one of his own states?

Re: Obama suing one of his own states?
This guy is a loon. The state is being sued because the Arizona statute is unconstitutional. Why is this so hard to understand? It has nothing to do with making an alliance with Mexico and fighting against American citizens. Good grief this guy is an idiot.
Why not let FOX News' own judge explain why:
