Any "Gleeks" in the house? (Glee 3D Movie Review)

I just saw "Glee 3D" this past weekend.

It was so cool!

Great movie for anyone who has ever felt like the nerd who didn't fit in, and ultimately overcame adversity.

The singing was amazing! Lea Michelle gave me goosebumps when she sang, "Don't Rain on My Parade". It was an awesome tribute to Barbara Streisand. :-)

Loved it. The movie has pretty much bombed at the box office, though.

It is total musical warm fuzzies and awesomeness. I rocked out in my seat.

No regrets. Just love.

Yeah...it's one of those movies you either love or hate. ;-)

I'm a musical theater geek, and I have adored Lea Michelle ever since I saw her in "Spring Awakening" on Broadway. Hence, my avatar. ;-)

Lea Michele is amazing. She gives me goosepumps all.the.time.

I was a little disappointed that they cut so much from the concert in order to show fan stories. I also didn't like that they cut down some of the songs or overlayed them with the stories. But, really, while watching it I was enjoying the whole thing.

My husband particularly enjoyed Heather Morris' rendition of Slave 4 U. LOL

I agree. I wish that Kurt had sung more songs. I love his voice! My favorite was when he and Lea Michelle sang "For Good" from "Wicked" in the season finale. I was sure they would do that in concert...very disappointed that they didn't.

I also loved Kurt's rendition of "We Never Really Say Goodbye" from "Sunset Boulevard"...and was disappointed that it wasn't included as part of the concert.

I was sooooo glad that they included the Worblers, though! They are an amazing a capella group.

The movie was edited to be very Lea/Cory centric. They cut the song that Tina sang...so she got no real screen time. There were skits during the concert that would have been fun to see, too.

But, yeah, Warblers. Yum. Men in suits skipping around a stage while singing. Gets me every time.
