De-clutter, organize and simplify. Oh my!

So, I am working to de-clutter, organize "stuff" in an effort to simplify my life. I don't kid myself into thinking that I'll ever achieve minimalism, but it's worth a try, right?

Confession: I am not good at this. I have to look at photos of organization to keep me straight and inspired.

As I'm looking at umpteen photos of organization over on Pinterest, the thought occurs to me that we humans are entirely weird.

We go to work, buy stuff, then we worry about organizing our stuff which leads us to buying more stuff to organize our stuff.

Thoreau had it exactly right.
