Quas, we tried some at home:
Heat milk, pour into jar and seal, shake with vigor, pour coffee in bottom of cup, pour milk in, followed by froth.
No sugar. Nice.

I went the other way. Black coffee was my gateway to lattes. Ummm--gingerbread.

The natural progression is from Postum, to black coffee, to the domino effect in Southeast Asia and then to transgressing Fox News talking points. Lattes represent no precise progression, but rather a parallel conveyance which completely bypasses the dysfunctional talking points.
