Currently, it's a white liberal construct that blacks believe in because it's disseminated by the house slaves of the NAACP/Sharpton/Jesse Jackson/Malcolm X cabal. Part of this is the Jim Jones, whom the liberals of the day hailed as a great follow Marxist, legacy. White liberals continue leading blacks to their death even today.
