I've never heard of a vagina being called a 'woo woo' before, but that's definitely worth giving a try.

Your education, Harold, has been sadly neglected.
It's a term used in England when no other word will pass in polite company. It's often used when addressing small children about bodily matters.
Oddly, it was sometimes used to differentiate between East Indians and American Indians. Woo woo being the call American Indians were known to make in cartoons and old movies.
