You've just illustrated how effective Alinsky's tactics have been. Ignorance is the only reason why there are so few outspoken black conservatives. You also seem to buy into the same tactics.

Alinsky was at the crest of a wave within the Left that broke just at the right time (late sixties-early seventies) regarding the strategy of revolution. Gramsci's brilliant insight that revolution must be, while remaining revolutionary in intent, evolutionary in tactics and strategy, and that the left must first become the institutions that it wishes to destroy, at least among the advanced industrial democracies of the West, has borne fruit in vast abundance.

Looks like there might have been a small walkout at about the ninth minute. It's a great speech, even though I don't quite agree 100% with what he said, and this is what I've been saying Republicans ought to be doing since I was young in the 1980's.
