He didn't claim humans were "more than 100% responsible." He said our contribution of carbon in the atmosphere was greater than 100%. Are you trying to tell us you don't understand the difference?. ...
Yes! And it is all so charming and amusing. With smilies too ... what's not to like?

To be loved and appreciated by Ceeboo is a truly indescribable experience.
(I'd have to move to Spirit Prison to deploy the appropriate similies.)
But back to Rick Perry, perhaps ...

He's exactly what Republicans wanted in the job of Sec. DoE.
He's completely unqualified for the position, and he ran for president on a platform that including abolishing the department. He's the last person that should be running the Department of Energy. Sad. If Republicans are on-board the Steve Bannon plan to destroy American government institutions, then why not simply work with Trump to abolish the Department of energy, and all other departments they hate, instead of putting a completely unqualified person in charge, presumably in hopes that he will drive it into the ground?

No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.
