Those being surveilled were clearly acting as foreign agents and those who were giving them money were trying to buy influence with a future corrupt politician. Trying to blame Obama for that seems like one of those "say anything" arguments.

There is no dispute that Obama misused the FISA court to spy on Trump campaign, and that his motivation was to support Hillary Clinton....heck, even the Bern knew Russia was in the house...just look at his recent song/dance over the issue. Nevertheless, Obama is more guilty of collusion than Trump...at least by the actual evidence.

It always makes me laugh when people label disputed claims as undisputed.

Homeland security had tagged a few members of the Trump team as security risks and sleeper agents. Turns out they only got the tip of the toxic iceberg. A large number of Team Trump were in collusion with Russia to commit election fraud.

Even Trump was involved by knowing about this electronic espionage crime of email hacks and in crafting an obstruction of justice story to help divert attention from the scandal of Team Trump meeting with Russian peddlers of information in the Trump Tower boardroom.

Trying to blame these crimes on Obama reeks of dishonesty.

The point of Mueller's indictment is that there was a concerted effort by Russia to undermine our Presidential election. Short of a Military attack on our borders, an attack on our Democratic system is an act of war against the United States. Our President complains about the State Department, the Justice Department, the Special Prosecutor, the Attorney General and the Assistant Attorney General.

But he is amazingly mute when it comes to calling out the Russians. And he refuses to enact the sanctions that have been approved by Congress. Can someone provide me with a logical reason why he is so reticent? Does he still believe Vladimir Putin told him the truth? What is holding him back? The one thing he could do to help disprove the case that he somehow beholding to the Russians-----and he still refuses to do it?

Something is not right here.

The short answer is simple. It is because Trump basically promised Russia no sanctions if he were elected.

Just days after taking office... Former officials: Trump seemed prepared to lift Russia sanctions 'in exchange for absolutely nothing'

The sad thing about this whole shitstorm is that the only way any of this will change is if GOP candidates are rejected en masse in 2018/2020.

I have no faith that will happen. This is a national emergency, and few seem to care or appreciate the gravity of it. People are crazier than I ever imagined.
