Good question. I had to go to the subreddit to figure it out. It's an internal 'flair' assigned to some posters. 'NN' is someone called a Nimble Navigator, and I believe 'NS' is a non-supporter. I'd have to spend some time on the subreddit to figure out what each one means contextually, but I don't want to do it. :D
