. He has to be silenced to break the cult spell, assuming the spell can be broken.
So much for the 1st amendment and the Constitution.
Like you give a sh-it about the 1st amendment or the Constitution. Why is every post a lie?
You'll never stop trying to make America Venezuela will you?
Only an idiot would post something like that. It's the kind of sh-it that makes it easy to not even really consider what you have to say. We know you're lying, so you're dismissed.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

One big problem I have with you is that you obviously interpret the 1st Amendment to mean the right to lie shamelessly on one's own behalf, no matter who or how many are hurt, unfairly disadvantaged or endangered by the lies, and that obligating anyone to tell the truth is somehow unconstitutional.
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

You just have to love that the guy who's been playing down and thereby amplifying the threat of COVID in this country is now threatened by it. It is only how it should be.
There should be a heavy price for telling lies that kill people.

But, the first amendment! How dare you punish anyone merely for lying, under any circumstances! First amendment protection must supersede protecting human life! Right?
No! The 1st amendment protects the right to honestly tell the truth or one's honest opinion. It should not and does not guarantee the right to be a pathological liar with complete impunity, no matter what the consequences of the lies.

In other words: calling Trump (or anyone else, for that matter) out for demonstrably lying every time he does so, does not constitute a violation of his 1st amendment rights.
