No one is crying about playing by the same rules...I just do not understand why your team does not want to admit they are playing by the rules or why they are condemning the other team for playing by rules. You seem to have an odd idea about how that cliché' works.
They are not my team, but they are complaining about republicans not following their own rules, so don't complain if Democrats follow suit.
"their own rules"? Republicans played by the rules and the Democrats lost in 2016. And this wasn't their own rules, it was just the rules...the same rules you invoked above. Sour grapes is not following suit, and I am not complaining - I was just clarifying. But I am glad to see that you are openly embracing the ways of the Republican, and doing so without complaint.

That's the difference between the right and the left on the Supreme Court. Conservative justices are constitutionalists that do not legislate from the bench, but rather leave it to the legislature. Roberts and Gorsuch have gone against the right in several of their rulings. Liberal justices do whatever the left wants and rarely deviate from the party line.
Gorsuch???

I'm not advocating for what the democrat should do. Just showing your hypocrisy. The republicans came up with with a rule they broke as soon as they could.

The hilarious thing about GOP whataboutism is that it doesn't show behavior they think is reprehensible, it exposes behavior that everyone should say is unacceptable. The problem for the GOP is that they don't mind the crimes as long as a GOP member is committing it, so their whining is hollow.

In other words, hypocrisy is the only tool in the GOP toolbox.

No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

Yanno. At this point in my life I'm willing to say that I'm more politically well informed than Ajax. Why? I have broken my ass trying to do my due diligence. And what ass has Ajax broken lately?

Yup! That's a big part of why I quit the Republican Party long ago.
