I guess that's the thing about all matters in the Trump universe. It's a perpetual state of Poe's law. Even something as silly as the opening post is believable with Trump.

For what it's worth, I thought you did a good job dropping in improbable details that signaled it was satire. The MAD cartoonist name drops when asked for a source was all gravy. It may have been the perfect dish if the opening post had gave one or the other as author. Either way, I kinda wonder who could read a story and not know it claiming Trump's group seriously considered asking for all of his vaccinated MAGA loyalists money since they were going to die anyway so the money would go to the great cause of fabricating liberal tears was a spoof. Sure, the man suggested drinking bleach and nuking a hurricane. But still.

Yeah. I had to read it twice to make sure. The last couple of sentences were the clincher for me.

Well, I have to say I'm not entirely unpleased with myself just now. It's not easy to get one over on Doc Cam. And, while I did try to format the OP as if it were a real story, I thought the giveaway would be 'Huell and Kuby.' I guess not everybody watched 'Breaking Bad.'

Well, I have to say I'm not entirely unpleased with myself just now. It's not easy to get one over on Doc Cam. And, while I did try to format the OP as if it were a real story, I thought the giveaway would be 'Huell and Kuby.' I guess not everybody watched 'Breaking Bad.'

Ya got me. This bit was played so straight I honestly thought there was an internal correspondence that:

I hear there has been a recent leak regarding one of the docs recovered by the fed guys. Apparently it is bigly secret and the Trumpman dearly wants it back. Supposedly it is a doc from the Trump family think tank outlining ideas for how to skim money from his parishioners

Of course the one we already know about is to ask for 'stop the steal' donations and then not use it for actual stop the steal actions. The insider though has leaked information on a couple of other interesting ones.
