Speaking of Trump's derangement syndrome...

I think it is more-or-less accurate to say the border is secure (at least for now). Along the way we also detained and deported some folks who were here legally, whisked away refugees with scheduled asylum hearings, separated families, refused to process new applications for asylum, and established concentration camps for undocumented immigrants.huckelberry wrote:Closing the border? So yeah: we secured the border and Jesus wept.

TDS is having the ability to ignore this:

For example:

That, my friends, is TDS.

Re: Is it possible I found the cure for TDS?
What about Trump is particularly likeable? I mean, if he were not the president of the United States, would you take him seriously and spend a minute of your time concerned about him? He is an unserious person who was thrust into a serious situation. Without that situation, he would be just another television buffoon to flip the channel past on the way to an entertaining or informative show.huckelberry wrote: ↑Tue Jul 01, 2025 9:42 pmI do not like Trump. Some people like Hound dog and ceeboo talk as if that means there is something wrong with me like I awoke and found I had become a Marxist. I cannot find a Marxist in me and nobody explains how I am such a thing.
Somehow I do not think diagnosing me as ill is going to help me like Trump. Perhaps explaining how to like him ...a reason perhaps could help.
And that is a key reason this whole TDS thing is ludicrous. No one is truly worked up about Trump himself. He is too petty a person to be really upset with, and that becomes in a sense his superpower. Everyone who opposes Trump knows that the core problem is the minds and souls of the people who put him in that position. We hold Trump before them like an adult pointing to the poison symbol on a chemical and say, "Do not drink the poison!" All the while the child is looking back and saying, "What do you have against chemicals that you don't want to drink this? Your upset MAKES me want to drink this!"
And so it goes. Until these folks with the actual Trump Derangement Syndrome, the one in which they are deranged enough to put psychologically malformed and unqualified people in positions of serious consequence, wake up to the colossal mistake they keep making, we will remain in this awful state.
