Trump pardoned him, because "back the blue" and the 1st Amendment are both woke now, or something. Following his pardon, Shane murdered one person and injured two others, and is currently serving a 17-year prison sentence for reckless homicide.

Daniel Wilson, a previously convicted felon, was ordered back to prison following the J6 pardon, because of a federal search warrant that found him in illegal possession of guns. Naturally, Trump later gave Wilson a second pardon, for his other charges. Convicted felons have to look out for each other.

Chance Uptmore is currently on probation for pulling a Hunter Biden (convicted of being a user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm).

David Walls-Kaufman in a separate trial had a jury award the wife of Jeffrey Smith $440,000. Officer Smith is one of the individuals who were so traumatized by the violent attack of Trump's insurrectionist thugs that he took his own life. Matthew Huttle, not getting his fill of trying to murder police in Washington DC, decided to give it another go in Indiana. Police this time got the upper hand and killed him.
