"The Bells" was a poem by Edgar Allen Poe that was turned into one of my favorite carols:

If I could have the royalties of any record, I think Mel Torme's The Christmas Song (especially by Nat King Cole).

I know it's not really a Christmas Song, it's a 'seasonal' song, but Baby It's Cold Outside is just one of my favorite songs of the season. I know it's not politically correct, but damn, that's the way it is sometimes...
