On examination the letter does match the Hull letterhead despite the inadequate scrubbing to attempt to eliminate it.

But if you are American, why would you know what the Hull head letter should look like?

I typed into a search engine "Hull" "Letterhead".

Found it easily.

You posted the letter that said in it that you were accepted to Hull.
