Sounds like you had a good time at the concert, KA.

I, too, find it amusing when grown women draw attention to their thang.

Things that make you go hmmm

Celine Dion just finished her long running show here in Vegas. The show kind of set a standard here, it was very succesful, but its origins were funny.

Her creepy husband had run up an outrageous gambling debt with Caesars Palace, and was also causing problems by groping women in the elevators of the hotel. I think after all the problems he was causing a deal was struck for the show to work off the debts and ease ruffled feathers.

I still have to ask myself "Who has the creepier marriage ? ", Celine Dion or Whitney Houstons marriage to Bobby Brown?

I like Celine Dion sometimes though. Her Titanic song was the only part of that movie I liked.

ah, that's cute, KA!
Actually, I've been wearing glasses for a year now! I got a new prescription last February and decided to splurge on new frames. Usually I wear contacts and spell myself with glasses at home. But since I ended up getting a pair of Mykita's I just started wearing them more and more. They're incredibly lightweight and strong, cut from sheet metal and having a snap hinge that renders those f-ing hinge screws obsolete.
I'll be renewing my lens prescription soon, but I'll still wear my glasses a lot more than I used to.

KimberlyAnn wrote:The only problem was that she must have had a terrible bedazzling accident backstage, because the crotch of her pants was covered in rhinestones. It was truly odd. It was like, "Woo Hoo! Looky here! Yes, right down here! That's right. Check out my sparkly PoPo!" I've heard of vaginal rejuvenation, but sheesh. As we left the concert, Courtney actually said, "I didn't WANT to look at her crotch, but it was so sparkly!"

And I had to wash the stink of Wilco off myself with some Clash.

Bond, that link is (inappropriately!) hilarious.

And for hating Wilco, may you be stung by a Muzzle of Bees!

I like the Beatles and the Clash, too. You can forgive my Wilco, can you not?

I can't forgive Wilco, either, Zack, so don't fret.

If someone needs a perk me up after giving birth vaginally to a bucket load of kids this should help:

Of course if you over do it then the results are not pretty where a middle aged mediocre woman thinks she's fabulously talented and creative and most people (other than friends) are wincing in pain:

Don't wince too much! That causes wrinkles, just like the sun.

I get it. I'm working on setting up a blog, not on this board, where I can write silly stories about my kids so that those who hate me and my posts, but can't seem to stop reading and replying to them, will have some relief from their compulsions.

I certainly don't hate you or your threads/posts. Why would you take my post personally?

~edited to add~

I won't reply to any more of your threads if it will make you more comfortable.
