Hell, I'd babysit their kids if they'd sit down when home from time to time. They are cute...saw them once. They never seem to leave home. I think they need a backyard. Shoot, I'd take them to the park here in the development if it'd wear them out for a while...

Thing is, they know it's a problem, because when we first moved in, the dad came down to apologize for the noise...before we ever really truly got a taste for it. If you know there's a problem, why not do something about it?

If he's the type to do that, then he's the same type to care if you bring the problem to his attention.
