Cowboy will mostly go with skirts and shorts. probably jeans, too. Riding will mostly go with leggings, tight pants. Black knee high will mostly go with dresses, skirts, tight pants.

Please note I'm not thinking in terms of practical in-style boots. I'm thinking, "WTH would I wear if I was the only person on the earth?"
For wearing, I personally believe boots should be either A. bright, B. glittery, or C. Integrated with poofy things like Pom poms.
