What? Do you think there aren't corrupt white mayors? The reason you can name a variety of corrupt black mayors is because mayors are involved in corruption all the time. Corruption is everywhere in local government and especially so in large cities where there is real money and power to be had.

Since you linked Tony Mack, are you aware that he was one of 16 mayors in the state of New Jersey alone to go down in recent years? And one of several dozen politicians. Look at the list. Let me know if they're all black people.
