Notice that 1) Most churches that preach politics are preaching Democratic and other racist dogma 2) The standards in law are pretty low such that you'll have a hard time making any headway against any church on this issue.
Churches are allowed to preach politics from the pulpit in terms of issues which is where I disagree with Droopy unless he clarifies about candidates and parties.
