Because the former two used their natural hands, whereas Darth Vader's hands were mechanical?
The whole healing with the force thing certainly looks like a move to OP the force, but I thought the most egregious example was when Rey stopped a moving space transport from taking off and then blasted it with force lightning. Of course that then paled in comparison to the Emperor using his force lightning to short out the entire rebel fleet and cause them to start falling out of the sky. So it served as a ramp up rather than stopping point but seriously, other than Yoda effectively lifting Luke's X-wing out of the swamp the movies only show the force moving objects for short periods of time and usually manageable in mass. it's easily the most amount of energy over time expended by the force ever demonstrated in the movies. Stopping a heavy vehicle attempting to escape from a planet with roughly the same gravity as Earth for a sustained period of time is significant. To do that while simultaneously generating enough energy to explode it from a distance was a serious expansion of the power someone with the force could harness and expend.
