Donald Trump is happy to have legal immigrants who come in and contribute as is his base. What we want stopped is illegal immigration but that's a nonstarter for the left.

The choices for standard of review under the Administrative Procedures Act were (1) court cannot interfere and (2) Arbitrary and capricious. That’s it. DACA was created purely out of administrative discretion. If Obama had the discretion to create it, Trump has the discretion to end it. The arbitrary and capricious standard is the only limit on that discretion.

Robbers choose the tougher of two weak standards. And the arbitrary and capricious standard is incredibly easy to beat. That two of the conservatives found against the administration is an indication that there’s something going on other than tribal loyalty. I find that encouraging.

Sure, why not? Look I griped plenty about student loans and it sucked paying them back. But perhaps there are some good reasons education isn't free. k-12 is free and compulsory. It's also now worthless in the job market. I'm not sure if that's because it's free or because it's compulsory.
