Lol....You bring so much sunshine to these threads.

Actually, he does. I've been waiting for Gad's take on this. Anything I know about pro wrestling is a result of Gad's entertaining commentary.

Body dysmorphia is rascally, because I rarely see myself as "big."

This morning, I weighed 308. I need to get back down to at least 280, as that's where my back doesn't give me issues (hooray for degenerative disc disease). I tend to have zero will power when it comes to food, so dropping weight is always a heckuva mental battle. Probably 90% of the reason I work out is so that I can eat more.

Twizzler Pull-and-Peals are my current crack cocaine that I can't seem to resist.

ETA:
This is the last gym pic I took (maybe 6 months ago). I think I was 285-ish in this. (Picture set to auto-delete in 2 days)

[Deleted manually... the ole imager ap seems to have done me dirty on the auto-delete]

Nowadays, I seem to mostly be an NSAID aficionado.

Ha! Yeah, Volodymyr Shmondenko is awesome. He weighs somewhere around 170 lbs, and I think his deadlift max is almost 650.

He's actually from Ukraine. He was living in Moskow when Russia invaded Ukraine, and moved to Dubai and learned English there. I think he's only been speaking English for like 2 years, which to me is as impressive as his insane strength.

I really like the "old man" prank ones of his: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/eXrwNGrnFX0

Edit, I was scrolling down the link after I posted the link above and found this one, what is more impressive.... catching the ball, not dropping his daughter, or not dropping the beer?

That's an awesome photo Steuss. You carry your weight very well. It looks like you worked very hard to get that physique. Sports are something I really miss from my youth. I still hold out hope that there will be sports in heaven even though it kind of defies logic.
And when the Confederates saw Jackson standing fearless like a stonewall, the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

It's nice the Hulk was patient with kids, but he certainly didn't have an issue sending countless children to their doom through unnecessary and brutal deportations, cutting off world aid, and cutting off health and other benefits to children in need. He probably even knew about the Epstein connections and what that entailed and looked the other way, being more of a hero for male children. So at the end of the day, he turned out to be your typical fraud. Full of optimism and feel-good showmanship but with nothing to back it up. One of his last public acts was to rip off his shirt in front of the world in a call for unbridled fascist nationalism. And so he died a fool and a loser, if we look at his life in terms of its overall moral quality. If there is a hell, may he burn there for a long time for what he did to the rest of us in his abject ignorance and self-indulgence.
Well said. Died a fool and a loser. Died anti-American.
