The best I can answer the question you might have meant to ask is this: One day, if masks get pulled from ICE agents in California, my guess is we'll find as many Latinos as whites abusing their power or just taking advantage of an easy paycheck without concern for their morality or folks of their own heritage. Therefore, I don't think that racism is a significant factor in our present national concerns beyond the ability for it to generate a fast audience on social media of misguided folks of all races.
