I did that with the Shingles vax. Not a good idea!

For real, though. Happy to do my part. And, added bonus, we’re road tripping this weekend and will have a little more peace of mind - we’ll still mask up, though, because I’m not really sure when our immunity will be higher than before we got the shot.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to wait for our Gov's to announce the lifting of the mask restrictions in each state? I'll still wear mine, but if I weren't going to...I'd still wait for the state to announce it. On principle? Modeling compliance for others?

From what I understand the updated guidelines still encourage you to follow state and local guidelines. I am still going to wear a mask where required despite being fully vaccinated. I do think though that we will see states and local governments begin to loosen restrictions with these new guidelines.
