You know what when I have a moment here, I'm just going to start lobbing all the additions to the original list in the OP and hope for the best. Some might not have professional or job positions attached to them.

Not that it really matters.

What I find promising is the Hollywood Commission on Sexual Harassment with Anita Hill at the helm, as an outcome of the Hollywood related allegations.

Women being disbelieved when they attempt to report sexual harassment or assault, or punished for so doing by career termination or otherwise by powerful men has been the norm for centuries.

Now this situation is being radically challenged. It's a kind of revolution in the way intergender power is exercised. It is inevitable that in this process of sudden reversal of power, there will be instances where bad or crazy women succeed in inflicting possibly irreversible damage on some innocent men.

Given that risk, does one wish that the present process had not begun? Nope. For while one regrets the instances of injustice and should do everything possible to prevent or mitigate them, putting the lid back on women in this respect would demand that a whole gender should get back under and submit to the groping, assaults, insults and oppression all over again. It is unreasonable to expect them to do so.
