I really do not know what the total number or percentage would be. I do know from video clips that racist, sexist, homophobic, and Islamophobic comments by Trump draws huge applause from those attending his rallies. I certainly hope these rally attendees represent the more extreme end of his supporters and not the majority.

Once again, the term deplorable is a personal judgment call and not something to be quantified. It is a demonizing term, sort of like calling a whole class of people rapists and murderers. Trump might be a master at dividing America, but I hope we do not all go along with this Russian divide and conquer strategy.
