Ceeboo it's not okay for you to ignore the context of what I was replying to in order to make disingenuous claims about Cam or myself, the status of this board or any other matter than just exactly what issue I was addressing. It's a case of misrepresentation at best. It's not intellectually honest to manipulate the written record the way you did in your recent reply to me.

Of course they don’t. Cultellus is not here to have an actual conversation about anything. Cultellus came here only to troll.

There’s no seriousness in any claim otherwise. The bit about ‘standing up for ajax’ was an after the fact excuse that took Cultellus over 300 posts to come up with.

By the way, has Cultellus backed up that bogus claim about doxxing, yet? ; )
I get the impression that they're afraid of Doc Cam and throwing everything at the wall to see it something'll stick. I dunno about anyone else, but I require empirical evidence for al dente.
So you tell me and answer truthfully, have you ever seen Cam dox or threaten to dox anyone on this board?

You get the impression "they're" afraid of Cam? You're joking right?"

Someone who has posted numerous posts calling out his bigotry, intolerance, bullying behavior, etc, etc, is someone who displays signs of being afraid to you? That's ridiculous! Someone who is afraid of Cam would do exactly the opposite. They wouldn't say a word!

Yeah right - Through observation and experiences on these boards, there's no observable evidence that would support any of the claims being put before this community. None. Zero. "They're" Just wildly throwing everything at the wall! More nonsense!

It's really sad that you didn't examine the chronological history of these recent incidents, claims, and allegations.
Actually, It's been extremely bizarre and super sad to see how you have handled the challenges that have been made to this community. You can disagree with the method, manner and/or tone by which these challenges came - But the challenges remain. And in my opinion, they remain on very solid footing.
For example, have you ever seen Cam dox or threaten to dox anyone on this board?
Never. Not once.

So, are we agreed that the many posts in which you have called someone pissboy are in violation in Spirit Paradise Rule 2?
Yes.
OK. Now, based on what I've posted in this thread, what do I think the new moderators should do with any future post in which you call someone pissboy?

Which claims, Ceebs? All of them? Surely not?

I think it's pretty clear that the "afraid of" post was simple trolling. I did not understand them as actually claiming that C is afraid of Cam. So, yeah, a form of joking.

Of course, you haven't. He's never done that. Not once not ever. And that is the allegation I was responding to before you chose to pull my comment out of context in order to make it say what you wanted to say for your own purpose of response.

Ceeboo when you blow in here, you aren't remotely aware of what is going on around here. You judge Cam based on the way he handles his interactions with you. Example, had you been posting regularly just throughout the current pandemic period alone, you wouldn't be hopping up and down the way you are. You recently did the same thing in exchanges with Lem and when I questioned what you did, you started hopping up and down on me. Even when you admitted that when you chose to yank Lem's chain that you were acting based on history, you never made a single attempt to make things right with me.

Your posts are subjective to your experiences with Cam and others here. That you don't examine before you start judging and shooting isn't a deficiency on my part.

Let's use three claims that I have seen numerous times - Bigotry - Bully - Mocking someone's personal beliefs.

Go.
I think it's pretty clear that the "afraid of" post was simple trolling. I did not understand them as actually claiming that C is afraid of Cam. So, yeah, a form of joking.
Perhaps, but I would have preferred that you didn't supply the answer. Probably would carry more weight if the actual person answered. No?

You mean like mocking Christian beliefs?

Ceeboo, regardless of you having missed the early phase of Cultellus’s spamming multiple threads with over 300 posts having nothing to do with claimed injustices perpetrated against one active board member months ago, do you feel that Cultellus’s actions are sensible, reasonable, or conducive to better board operations?

Taking people out of context on various threads has been his policy all day. He really seems angry about something.

Pro tip, Cultellus. You just broke one of the rules here that generally results in severe consequences: Universal Rule 8.

Violation of this rule has resulted in at least one multi-year ban. It's one of the easiest way to get a permanent ban. So, if you're bored with us and really want to be martyr, I've just taught you how to do it.

In addition, no lawyer worth her salt would take your case. You'd just end up paying the owners' attorneys fees and likely sanctions for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
All good and valid points. Lets see what Shades does in light of my rule violation and reported violations.

Res Ipsa, I do not like you as much as I thought I did weeks ago. I trust you a lot less than I did weeks ago. And I find you disingenuous. I do however, really enjoy a thorough and good process that cuts to the heart of the matter and you have piqued my interest in the possibility of actually doing that.

So, yes indeed, we have more points of agreement. Yes, I have thoroughly and blatantly violated rule 8. No question. I saw the speed limit sign in the school zone and the cameras and the camera warning sign and blew right through all of it. Yes. No question. I did that. I did not just do it, I made sure that my license plate was visible for the cameras, smiled and waved. Yes indeed.

Not only that, I have thoroughly ignored the drama call for references because, well, I do not need to respond to them. The calls are doing the job for me.

We agree on your first point. We agree on the second point.

Some of the best lawyers are not worth her salt, according to someone who gives a damn about salt prices.
Cultellus, from the sincere bottom of my heart, I do not care whether you like me or not. I do not care whether you trust me or not. I've spent a career speaking to people that I neither like nor trust, and I'm sure I'm not universally loved and trusted by all the lawyers who know me. Yet, we all get things done on behalf of our clients, whether we like or trust each other or not. We talk on the phone, we write letters, we file briefs, we coordinate discovery, and we settle cases. The judge doesn't care whether we like or trust each other. The jury doesn't care. The client doesn't care, as long as I represent him or her professionally and ethically.

Similarly, I have conversations all the time with folks here, whether I like or trust them. It makes no never mind to me. If they bother me enough on a personal level, I stop interacting with them. If interacting with them pisses me off, I put them on ignore. I have no ego invested in whether anyone likes me or trusts me. I really don't care.

I hope Shades simply points out the error of your ways and tells you to go your way and sin no more.
