I'll try. I do this without the experience you have, relying on intuition and maybe a little psych profiling.

Confession: I can count at least two times in the beginning of this term when I wished for that. As hard as it is, I've come to think differently about it on both spirital and secular levels when actually they're both entirely the same.

As in...how much is too much? It's up to Congress and the people to decide that. Will they? I think that if push comes to shove, the people will push back whether it's at the polls (if they still exist) or literally in the streets. Will we see thousands of our citizens risk their lives, storm DC, and literally drag his ass out of there? Will we see a coup? I have visions of another Jan 6 storming of the capitol only it's the decent folks amongst us doing it.

These are possibilities that I never thought I'd ever write on the screen much less even think about in this country.

And yet, I think these things are possible. I don't know how many MAGA are left. If I were them I'd shut up about everything Trump, too, though there are many who've left the cult of personality disorder, and spoken out. Sure as hell there are more non-Maga types in this country. Folks who, considering the fact that Congress has failed us, would literally fight back.

I was watching a pastor type youtuber earlier today or last night. His thumbnail said "Weapons grade personality disorder". Blew my mind because it was SO right on the money. I think the unvarnished truth is that when Trump uses the phrase "like nobody's ever seen before" he's right. We've never seen someone with a weapons grade personality disorder escalate to the point of threatening to take over other countries, kill American citizens, starve foreign nationals literally to death, or lie and contradict himself to stir up discord every hour of every day like a tornado ripping through our minds. He's metastizied across the actual globe.

Now he's flooding the zone with talk of Greenland. Is he egging on NATO? Somewhere in the far recesses of my mind I think that folks who say this is about the Epstein files, they're right and human nature being what it is, I'm certain one or more persons has a copy of the unredacted files on hand. Surely Elon got his hands on them. I thought Putin might have them but Trump has taken possession of a Russian oil tanker.

It doesn't matter. Surely someone has got them and will leak them, politics being the dirty game that it is.

Best Guess: The idiot in the White House would like nothing more than to create the amount of discord needed for civil war to break out in our streets. Following which he'll declare martial law. Why is that? It feeds his narcisstic supply that makes him feel powerful. A decided plus in his self imagined favor is that it's Walz territory.
