You are so ____ ing r*******.

I am shown a picture of an old woman who is supposedly remembering being abused 84 years ago and speaking about it for the first time. I am supposed to find it funny.

Somehow I don't. My bad, I suppose. I promise to try harder to appreciate your next joke, promise.

I'm having a hard time with Al Franken resigning on account of the allegations made against him. Yes, I know there's that one picture but I see the behavior as juvenile (not aggressive or power and control territory) and the remaining allegations seem to be unsupported by anything resembling evidence.

I know I'm biased because I think the country needs him in the Senate. This is one story that's really nagging at me.

I don't know if you added Stallone to the list, but here it is:

http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-n ... r-11731211

Sylvester Stallone investigated by police over claim he raped teenager in the 1990s
The Rocky actor, 71, has reportedly hit back, accusing the woman - who came forward last month - of filing a false report against him

Stallone's spokeswoman Michelle Bega described the Las Vegas allegation as a "ridiculous, categorically false story".

No matter how many items you are told that no one on this board is advocating reflexively believing a female accuser merely because she is a female accuser, all you can think is that people are advocating for reflexively believing anything a woman says. You are incorrigible.

Honestly, I can't for the life of me understand why you people try to engage tweak. It is quite clear he is either full of crap or just plain stupid, but your repeated efforts to make him see sense are senseless. You're asking someone without reason to be reasonable.

I am now anticipating his idiotic post about how I'm a misogynist, because that the only damned tune this moron knows.

DrC needs a simple story. Guys in white hats, guys in black hats.

Anything more complex frightens him, and needs to be magicked into a harmless straw-man.

and our world is very complicated, it is not black and white. In our world there is a lot of room for misinterpretation, misunderstanding, and ambiguity.

"The Academy Award-nominated actor spoke at Oxford Union earlier this month and recalled the time when he began his acting career in the 1960s that it was common for actresses to proposition directors with sex for roles, Entertainment Weekly reported."
