It's now Keith Richards. :D
Try this quick clip and see if you can locate this special on Netflix. I noticed in this he's referring to the Celtic influence on American music as I stated previously on this thread. If it's no longer on Netflix, find clips like this from it. Then notice what comes up on your recommended video feed on youtube.

We love Keith Richards like apple butter simmerin' on the top of the stove.

Here's the trailer for Under the Influence.

That church he's in is the Ryman Auditorium, the original home of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. He's played Country with Country greats. He's played everything with everyone. Everywhere.

by the way, if you wanted to know about the history of music, Keith Richards is the one you should have interviewed! The man is a walking encyclopedia of music. No joke.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I've found that subjects with scopes on the scale of, (in booming movie trailer voice) "THE HISTORY OF ROCK!!!" are best managed by understanding just what it is I'm supposed to be learning. And when that was for school, it was best figured out by using the textbook to get a sense of where the class expected me to zoom in close, where it was at the 10,000 foot overview level, and where it completely glossed over portions of the subject. A person in a class on the history of rock could invest a ton of time on an infinite number of detailed subjects within that scope and bomb their final. An Intro class probably doesn't justify reading the biography of one particular guitarist unless the assignment is specifically, "Pick an influential guitarist and provide a 1,000 word essay on their life story, influences, and impact on rock. Extra credit if you can explain why they snorted their father's cremated ashes because, well, somethings can't be explained."

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned in this thread, but I highly recommend Keith's autobiography: Life. One of the best rock autobiographies I have read [Bob Dylan's Chronicles Vol. I is my favorite].

I must admit, I just wondered how he survived. But Keith is smart, observant and articulate, and you'll know a lot more about the Stones, and the music that influenced Keith.

Yes, I own the book. Anyone who reads it will be surprised. I so promise.
