Hi Moksha,

Sure, if they want to. However, the unemployment rate for Utah is just at 6.7%, while the Unemployment rate for the U.S. Nation wide is quite a bit higher at 10%. (1)
And Plus, The “Health Care Bill" that the U.S. Democratic Controlled Senate Passed just last December was a very bad bill, and it was very likely an Unconstitutional bill. (2)
Again, Congratulations to U.S. GOP Senator Scott Brown for the win, within the blue State of Massachusetts! (3)
