I am going to stop being as "free" with my words given that a couple here have earned my respect and consideration, so I'm going to try not to be as offending with particular offensive words unless it's said to me first.

Well no, CCC did not indirectly call you an idiot, he made an observation about the nature of what you are misrepresenting as data. A strong observation, yes, but you don't need to immediately interpret it as a personal attack and then go all grade-school nasty on him. (by this I mean your comment: 'Well, he was calling me one indirectly, so I gave it back.'. a.k.a. 'so are you but what am I???')

What's usually occurring in this sort of case is that they have records thus when they do something else, the court will not be as "lenient".
The courts are not really biased.... You do, you do what the sentencing is. There is likely a "tiny" amount of people this sort of injustice would happen to, but it's not even close to the cause of the #'s in question

Not really. Police profiling by race is a liberal myth. Police profile behaviors not race, and they stop by behaviors, not race. You do, you get caught.

There is no "race" issue here.... There are problems "within" the race, that have to do with what liberals have contributed to making them become since the "Great Society" and being Democrats.

Not many people start at age 7 preparing for their careers, so I would say I'm expert enough in certain things concerning law enforcement and criminal justice. Of course, I'm not expert in others because I don't have on the job experience in some ways. But I do have related experience in some ways with the police and otherwise.
