I suppose it's time I start being professional in my words, to practice here until when it's most needed.
I will however still be critical, but I will try to be less offensive about it such as just saying idiot, even if the person called me one indirectly. I should at least also indirectly call them an idiot rather than directly so by using that word, so I can "look" like I'm on a higher ground, even though I/they really aren't. lol.
Well no, CCC did not indirectly call you an idiot, he made an observation about the nature of what you are misrepresenting as data. A strong observation, yes, but you don't need to immediately interpret it as a personal attack and then go all grade-school nasty on him. (by this I mean your comment: 'Well, he was calling me one indirectly, so I gave it back.'. a.k.a. 'so are you but what am I???')

The courts are not really biased.... You do, you do what the sentencing is. There is likely a "tiny" amount of people this sort of injustice would happen to, but it's not even close to the cause of the #'s in question
Please provide a reference for this assertion, because it sounds like just an opinion, and given the bias you've expressed before, not really worth much.
ldsfaqs wrote:Yes... but they are 10x more likely to go to jail for drug use because they commit more crimes individually a.k.a. having a record, and are on probation thus more likely to go to jail again for breaking their probation.
Again, provide a reference for your 10x figure and other assertions, otherwise it's just another unreliable, biased opinion.
ldsfaqs wrote:Not really. Police profiling by race is a liberal myth. Police profile behaviors not race, and they stop by behaviors, not race. You do, you get caught.
I say that as someone who actually knows what I'm talking about also spending the first half of my life preparing for a career primarily in law enforcement, ride alongs, volunteer etc..
You need references to factual analysis to support your opinion. Please stop referring to your career 'preparations', they are meaningless in this context, especially since you already spilled the beans here about what ultimately kept you out of the academy you applied to.
ldsfaqs wrote:There is no "race" issue here.... There are problems "within" the race, that have to do with what liberals have contributed to making them become since the "Great Society" and being Democrats.
I'll say this one more time, since today seems to be a start over: it is meaningless to continue to stereotype an entire swath of people by their political leanings and/or affiliations. Surely you do not really believe that every single person in a group can really be defined equally and disparagingly as 'the evil liberal.'. Come on. Maybe you do it for effect or something but you're in your 40's now, and it is just silly to keep presenting yourself that way.
Hopefully you are also reading the references people are leaving here, you need a much more careful, nuanced approach to the use of statistics, and you need to be much, much less credulous when you see other people's stats, especially if they are connected to a YouTube video.
