Poor man. But I suppose he must be butthurt or something. He really should be more adult and self-reliant.

And he's forgotten all those awful Clinton emails. And the way she used to rape and murder kids in a pizza shop. People need to remember that, and doubt their doubts.

CNN’s Erin Burnett Out Front on Tuesday profiled a former Donald Trump supporter who attended 45 rallies during the campaign, but no longer supports the president or his agenda.

Kraig Moss shadowed Trump’s campaign rallies during the 2016 election to tell the story of his son, Rob Moss, who died on Jan. 16, 2014 from a heroin/fentanyl overdose at age 24. The grieving father was a staunch Trump supporter, and was encouraged to support then-candidate Trump by his promise to help addicts struggling with addiction. Trump even reached out to Moss personally at a rally, calling him “a great father,” and assuring him, “your son is proud of you.”

“I’m not on the Trump trail anymore, and I’ve lost my heart,” Moss told CNN’s Elizabeth Cohen in an interview, pointing to the president’s support of the American Health Care Act, which would drop an addiction treatment and mental health mandate that covers 1.3 million Americans. Moss told Cohen he believes Rob would still be alive if he had health insurance.

“I believed everything he said,” Moss said. “Now I don’t believe he was true in his word when he was speaking. I think he was looking for votes, to be honest with you.”

“It’s not at all what Mr. Trump promised everybody he was going to provide for us,” he added. “I feel that now—anger, I feel hurt inside.”

Moss has set up a GoFundMe page in honor of his son. He hopes to raise awareness about the dangers of heroin.

He hits a new low: 37 percent, the worst in 72 years of polling for a young presidency.

President Donald Trump’s latest approval rating has sunk to a new low, according to the latest Gallup poll.

Only 37 percent of Americans approve of the job Trump is doing, and 58 percent disapprove, the daily poll found Sunday. Those are the worst ratings since he took office eight weeks ago. His approval rating stood at 45 percent just nine days ago.

Trump’s approval rating is lower than any other president at this point in his first term since Gallup started tracking the numbers 72 years ago in 1945. Barack Obama’s rating at this point in his presidency was 60 percent.

He's also confusing forecasting with polling. The aggregate polling was off by about two points that HuffPo was forecasting from. If you assume a similar error in Trump's approvals, they are still pretty bad.

Trump sent shockwaves through the establishment of both parties just by running for President. Even as a presidential candidate he put a fear into illegal immigrants that has greatly reduced the rate at which they're invading the country before any concrete for the wall was even poured. We're seeing less illegal immigration with less money spent on hiring ICE agents to enforce the border. If illegal immigrants are stopped before entering the country that obviously means fewer court costs and fewer social welfare costs as well. For those of us who would be stuck paying the taxes, interest on the national debt, and lost wages that illegal immigration costs, that's an accomplishment and it was achieved with just a few strong words. In spite of the opinions of the mainstream media, the majority of America (at least electorally) still wants to have a border and enforce it. It showed in how the election of 2016 played out.
“There were mothers who took this [Rodney King LA riots] as an opportunity to take some milk, to take some bread, to take some shoes ... They are not crooks.”

This liberal would be about socializing … uh, umm. … Would be about, basically, taking over, and the government running all of your companies.

Based on what evidence? Oh, that's right, none. Illegal immigration has been dropping for years now.

Image

Funny how illegal immigration nearly doubled under Bush and Republicans didn't say a word. Then it levels off and goes down under Obama and they talk like it is the end of the world.

Image

So roughly 1 million of the current 8 million illegal immigrants came into the country over the past five years. That's an average of just 200,000/year. And last year a half million people represented the "illegal immigrant" population and none of them came across the border, but rather came here legally and overstayed their visas. There were 5.8 million Mexican unauthorized immigrants living in the U.S. in 2014, down from 6.4 million in 2009.

So in short, a wall isn't going to do crap and it scares no one except the people who feel caged inside it.

Do you know of anyone who feels caged inside it?

Walls have a dual purpose. To keep bad things out and hopefully good things in. At least that's what East Germany told us.
