Without a change in Federal law Possession of Marijuana is a Federal Felony Crime. Possession with intent to distribute is another Federal Felony Crime. The Fed's don't give a rats behind about you plans to profit from its sale, even in Nevada. You are looking at a potential long term prison sentence. Make sure you put that in your plans.

As has already been pointed out, "marijuana related" only means someone involved in the incident has smoked pot sometime within the past month. what i gather from both your post here and the how you argue in other posts, is that while anecdotal evidence is surely valid for whatever cause you see as fit it must surely be invalid for any cause you deem unfit. Thanks for the clarification!
