Ask yourself how you could possibly think that the President writes his own press releases, speeches, and puts his signature on all that stuff everyday - but can have time to pay attention to his Presidential Duties....your logic, reasoning, and insight into the Executive Branch is astounding. Goodness knows he'd never have the time given that is thumb is so thoroughly glued to his phone tapping out juvenile tweet after tweet to ever have the time for such a thing even if it was a Presidential duty, right?

So Trump routinely tweets either reactions to or repetitions of things seen on Fox and Friends within minutes of it airing. I've seen dozens of examples of it. Every now and then, I wonder if someone is going to the trouble of cataloguing that behavior for posterity. I hope so, but I haven't ever seen a comprehensive list.
