I'd like to see the content of the good touch/bad touch presentation that was made. That's what I was trying to find when I discovered that the website is down.
That said, here are additional remarks from another article dtd 28 Jul. I don't know if anyone has posted this yet. I basically stopped reading at the OP.
Eller released a statement late Friday that said staff at the shelter talked to the children involved, assigned one-on-one supervision of the alleged offender and learned that the alleged victim said she was never touched. In addition, video footage from the facility did not provide any evidence of a child being sexually abused, he said.
Eller told The Republicthe shelter erred in labeling its initial report as “sexual abuse,” when it should have been characterized as “inappropriate behavior.”
“We screwed up,” Eller said. “We mislabeled it as sexual abuse. That’s on us.”
Eller said another child at the shelter told staff that a 5-year-old boy had touched a 6-year-old girl, triggering the initial June 4 report. The report is made on a form required by the Prison Rape Elimination Act. In its statement, Southwest Key said that form is required to be filled out for a broad range of incidents.
The 5-year-old had been sexually acting out, Eller said. When asked if that behavior involved another child, he said he did not know.

These are statements made by the Southwest Key Services spokesperson on Friday, 27 Jul.
The incident was reported on 4 Jun. The document signed by the 6 year old was dated 12 Jun.
Nearly 2 months after the event, nearly 2 months after the child was counseled and made to sign a document stating that she would prevent her own further abuse, nearly TWO MONTHS, this Eller spokesperson comes out saying that they learned the girl said she was never touched, that they mislabeled the incident, that a 5 year old boy is involved in acting out sexually but they don't know if any other children are involved.
Nearly TWO MONTHS later.
Was she never touched or did she feel intimidated into saying she was never touched? Did she do the touching herself?
What about the 5 year old boy? They know he has been sexually acting out but they don't know if it involved other children?
