Why shouldn't it be? If a data sample in a survey sticks out from all the others, it is normally taken as an indication that the investigator needs to check that nothing irregular is happening in the region from which that sample comes.
You are answering a fellow who believes that 3 million illegal voters all lined up and cast ballots - and only for one particular candidate - in the last Presidential election, not by reason of any observed anomaly, but ‘just because’.

Well, I agree it is pretty well a waste of time so far as the formal target of my reply is concerned. But children may be reading ...

No one was disputing irregularity as being worthy of notice...the claim was that it was Republicans and that the evidence supported that claim...however, an anomaly is not evidence that it was Republican any more than it was evidence that it was Democrat trying to frame a Republican.

I have this brilliant plan to frame Republicans. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure Republicans get elected in a secret election fraud plot. And if I'm caught, I'll go to jail for years and probably be uncovered a Democratic backer thus causing my plan to backfire. And if I'm not, I'll have, um, done my part to help Republicans win. But if my efforts helped Republicans just barely win and only some evidence of my wrongdoing is uncovered, people will suspect something shady has occurred and I'll have caused a little doubt to enter hyper-attentive minds until people forget about it.

If investigators followed your logic no crimes would ever be solved.
What do you mean the husband benefited from his wife's death from a newly written life insurance policy for $3 million naming only him as the beneficiary?
There is no evidence or reason to think he could have had anything to do with it!

It's a foolproof plan.
There are some Showtime execs that could make use of your talents.

They all follow my advice whereas you don't conclude without evidence.

You can think whatever you want, but you can't arrest him for murder because he took out policy.....right not all you got is a policy, good luck in court.

Sounds like you are describing a behavioral anomaly.....if only the anomaly was enough, amiright?

Dowless is now in the "driving in his car believing a helicopter is following him" phase of going down it looks like. Being a Republican operative with years of work on behalf of electing Republicans sure was a great cover story for this Democrat to frame Republicans.

yes, ballot harvesting, who would have thought it was such vulnerable practice...not CA of course, but who else?
Nevertheless you still had no evidence and are still working on a hunch. ...jus sayin
